Shipping Policy
Order Processing
  • All book orders are printed on demand and fulfilled by Lulu Direct.

  • Orders are typically processed and sent to print within 2–5 business days after purchase.

  • Once your order is in production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

 
Shipping Times & Delivery
  • Estimated delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method at checkout:

    • Standard Shipping: 5–15 business days (printing + transit time)

    • Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days (printing + transit time)

    • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days (printing + transit time)

  • Please note that these are estimates only. Printing and shipping times may vary during busy periods (e.g., holiday seasons) or due to carrier delays.

 
Shipping Locations
  • We are currently shipping to Australia, USA, United Kingdom and Canada.

  • Availability of shipping methods and delivery times may vary by country.

 
Shipping Costs
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on your delivery address.

 
Tracking Your Order
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information (where available).

  • Some international or economy shipping methods may have limited tracking.

 
Customs, Duties & Taxes
  • For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 
Lost or Damaged Items
  • If your book arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within 30 days (domestic) or 45 days (international), please contact us at wellbeinghacksinfo@gmail.com with your order number, and we will lodge a claim with Lulu Direct on your behalf.

  • Replacement or refund decisions will be made once Lulu confirms the claim.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Because our books are printed on demand, returns are limited to specific circumstances:

 

We accept returns or refunds only if:

✔ Your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.

✔ Your order does not arrive within 30 days (domestic) or 45 days (international) from the shipping date.

 

What to do if your book is damaged:

Contact us at wellbeinghacksinfo@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and photos of the damage or issue.

We will liaise directly with Lulu Direct to arrange a replacement or refund.

 

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

✘ Change of mind

✘ Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

✘ Normal wear and tear or delays caused by carriers/customs
