All book orders are printed on demand and fulfilled by Lulu Direct.

Orders are typically processed and sent to print within 2–5 business days after purchase.

Once your order is in production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Shipping Times & Delivery

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method at checkout:

Standard Shipping: 5–15 business days (printing + transit time)

Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days (printing + transit time)

Lost or Damaged Items

If your book arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within 30 days (domestic) or 45 days (international), please contact us at wellbeinghacksinfo@gmail.com with your order number, and we will lodge a claim with Lulu Direct on your behalf.

Replacement or refund decisions will be made once Lulu confirms the claim.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Because our books are printed on demand, returns are limited to specific circumstances:
We accept returns or refunds only if:
✔ Your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.
✔ Your order does not arrive within 30 days (domestic) or 45 days (international) from the shipping date.
What to do if your book is damaged:
Contact us at wellbeinghacksinfo@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and photos of the damage or issue.
We will liaise directly with Lulu Direct to arrange a replacement or refund.
We cannot accept returns or refunds for:
✘ Change of mind
✘ Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
✘ Normal wear and tear or delays caused by carriers/customs
